Hygeno's FLUSHVIEW vision panels provide style and safety to the new and prestigious Fitzroy Place.

Hygeno are proud to announce that they recently supplied Fitzroy Place with a mixture of FD30 & FD60 FLUSHVIEW vision panels for their newly anticipated offices!

Fitzroy Place - the new development in Fitzrovia - has recently housed 30 of Hygeno's FLUSHVIEW vision panels in to their offices. Fitzroy Place is a unique collection of prestigious new homes, enticing stores, a restaurant and high quality office space in the heart of London.

The Flush View panels were specified for their capability of being able to offer a fire rating to a flush glazed unit - something that is unique to Hygeno. The units that were used throughout the project combined FD30 and FD60 fire rated versions, offering between 30 and 60 minutes of protection against fire.

Primarily used in healthcare environments, the FLUSHVIEW's modern and clean design also payed homage to the Fitzroy's decor, which allowed it to be placed in a different kind of environment, and still compliment the interior.

Extensive testing further guarantees LASERBLOC's performance!

Having undergone another successful testing regime, once again supports the laser shield's capabilities and showcases a 'one solution for all' across the medical sectors.

We have been producing hygienic window solutions for the medical environments for years. Coupling well designed infection control, along with encompassing universal laser protection. We are now able to proudly offer an 'off the shelf' glazed system, housed within a fully sealed unit. Which continues to provide peace of mind between maintaining the highest level of hygiene and safety within the workplace. Having continued to prove so again by passing further laser testing with flying colours.

Uniquely tested against an extensive variety of laser power, Hygeno's patented laser shielding renders the vision panels , making them resistant to all types of wavelengths, which in turn has now deemed the Laser Blind compatible for every type of medical laser.

The firing and testing of lasers on a sealed glass unit is a completely new breakthrough to the medical field, and is something that is rare and highly sought after as it is able to withstand the high standards of hygiene that are needed within a cleanroom environment. Particularly for Architects and LPA's (Laser Protection Advisors) who we can now confidently offer one product to with our LASERBLOC range - encompassing all the benefits and privacy control of INTAVISTA’s - that is also able to work alongside any equipment fitted in to a medical environment - including all laser and x-ray equipment.

We're also able to offer the unique combination of flexibility of specification by working within a modular system. Allowing the additional scope of x-ray shielding capabilities through to light filters to be applied to each glazed system, resulting in a cost effective laser blind for operating theatres, laser clinics and laboratories.

All FLUSHVIEW panels pass yet another fire test with flying colours!

Recently proving to again, easily exceed the sixty minute requirements at Exova BM Trada on the 25th May; one of the worlds leading test centres for fire safety.

We are very proud of having recently done so again by participating in our latest fire safety test. All of our FLUSHVIEW panel’s withstood over 20% more than their sixty minute requirements, lasting seventy five minutes. Finishing at a stage where the test was stopped due to the door failing, not down to the glazed system themselves.

Hygeno has a solid and reliable reputation in fire rated flush glazing systems - something that is rare and highly sought after in the market today with both architects and the healthcare sectors, and we believe it to be one of our core strengths in the glazed system market. We are now able to offer an 'off the shelf', fully sealed unit which continues to perform to match fire safety regulations. Our recently patented technology is able to help achieve our ongoing success, by interlocking the centre pane of fire glass with the door itself, making it impossible for the pane to fall out. Something that we pride ourselves on and know that all our other competitors cannot guarantee with alternative flush glazed systems.

All our vision panels are manufactured to match the exact same thickness as the doors which they are to be installed in to, despite either being NFR, FD30 or FD60. We're also able to offer the unique combination of flexibility of specification by working within a modular system. Allowing the additional scope of radiation shielding capabilities through to light filters to be applied to each glazed system while maintaining a consistent aesthetic throughout.

Hygeno's INTAVISTA privacy vision panels lead the way in to the new Bispebjerg Hospital development!

With custom product specification available, Hygeno's INTAVISTA range of privacy vision panels get the 'go ahead' for the new Bispebjerg Hospital in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The new development required Flush fit privacy vision panels to be installed into 60mm thick sliding doors, with non-track side operation of the internal blind mechanism.

With a door face to frame clearance of just 10mm, the INTAVISTA panels were customised with specialist operating handles which were designed and manufactured from 316 grade stainless steel. Allowing the snag-free passage of the handle between the door and it's frame seal.

FCI use INTAVISTA's again in new £700 million development!

INTAVISTA's privacy vision panels have once again been chosen to help further the new Francis Crick Institute. This time with their animal research facilities, by providing them with the options for discreet and controlled monitoring of subjects.

INTAVISTA interstitial vison panels were specified by the Institute to enable the discreet, controlled monitoring of subjects without inducing undue distress or alarm.

For animals with nocturnal behaviour, the spectrum of visible light transmitted through the vision panels was regulated with the use of filter films. One example used was the filter RC-3 Rose Chocolate - in this case, a filter film specialised for rodents.

The IntaVista's sealed glass and stainless steel construction was also perfectly suited to the facilities Vaporised Hydrogen Peroxide decontamination regime.
